Estamos buscando Soporte Técnico de Mesa de Ayuda para sumarse a nuestro equipo

En Qtech Soluciones Informaticas, empresa especializada en software para empresas del sector de Salud, buscamos incorporar a una persona proactiva y con experiencia comprobable,  para brindar soporte técnico y funcional a los usuarios de nuestro sistema.

Serás el nexo entre nuestros clientes y nuestro software, ayudando a interpretar y resolver las consultas y requerimientos que llegan a través de tickets, principalmente relacionados con el uso del sistema en sus diferentes funcionalidades.

Responsabilidades

Brindar asistencia remota y telefónica a usuarios del sistema.

Realizar seguimiento y resolución de tickets de soporte.  Testear las incidencias resueltas por nuestra área de desarrollo.

Responder consultas sobre el uso del software.

Participar en capacitaciones e implementaciones del sistema, acompañando al cliente en el proceso de puesta en marcha y adopción de la herramienta.

Requisitos

Experiencia en soporte técnico de aplicaciones en producción.

Conocimiento microinformatica y Redes 

Experiencia en la gestión de incidencia bajo herramientas de tickets.

Manejo de bases de datos SQL, usando herramientas como SQL Server.

Conocimientos en testing.

Capacidad analítica para resolver problemas técnicos.

Habilidad para documentar soluciones y comunicarse con equipos técnicos y funcionales

Estudiantes universitarios preferentemente carreras en Sistemas

Experiencia comprobable de 2 años en posiciones similares
