•  Liderar y gestionar el equipo de soporte técnico N2, asegurando su desempeño y desarrollo.
•  Realizar triage y resolver tickets de baja y media complejidad.
•  Aplicar cambios en código, configuraciones y respuestas funcionales en entornos low-code.
•  Escalar tickets a producto con documentación clara y precisa.
•  Identificar y coordinar la resolución de incidentes críticos (P1).
•  Brindar coaching técnico, mentoring y realizar 1:1 con el equipo.
•  Implementar prácticas como peer-review y pair-programming.
•  Analizar errores recurrentes para proponer soluciones a nivel producto o documentación.
•  Generar reportes que brinden visibilidad del desempeño del equipo.
•  Monitorear y garantizar el cumplimiento de SLAs y métricas clave.

•  Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o experiencia equivalente.
•  Experiencia previa en soporte técnico (L2 o L3) y desarrollo.
•  Dominio de Java y experiencia en debugging, resolución de problemas y optimización de código.
•  Familiaridad con microservicios y APIs REST.
•  Conocimientos en herramientas de ticketing (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
