Senior AI Cloud Architect

The Opportunity Are you passionate about designing and building the future of AI-driven applications? We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior AI Cloud Architect to lead our Generative AI initiatives. This is a critical role where you will have the autonomy to architect, build, and scale our next generation of AI solutions on AWS. You will be the go-to expert for our engineering teams, establishing best practices and guiding the implementation of sophisticated, agentic AI workflows across our core product suite, including our Xytech, Studio +, and Origin platforms. Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable and secure architectures on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, among others). • Lead the technical design and integration of Generative AI capabilities into Fabric’s products. • Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solutions using AWS AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.). • Define architecture standards and best practices in collaboration with technical and product teams. • Mentor other engineers and contribute to the team’s overall technical growth. • Evaluate new technologies in the AI/ML and GenAI space to drive continuous innovation. Required Qualifications & Skills • Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, LangChain, or similar frameworks). • 4+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud architecture. • At least 2 years of practical experience designing and implementing AWS-based solutions. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, or similar). • Deep understanding of architecture principles, scalability, and automation. • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). • Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with MLOps or data engineering tools (Glue, Kinesis). • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect – Professional or Machine Learning Specialty). • Experience leading distributed or international teams. Employment and work modality: Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flex time)

Data Scientist

El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia práctica y comprobable en el ciclo de vida completo de modelos de ML, desde la experimentación hasta su puesta en producción y monitoreo continuo. Tus responsabilidades: Diseñar, desarrollar, entrenar y validar modelos predictivos y prescriptivos (Clasificación, Regresión, Series Temporales, etc.) para resolver desafíos de negocio. Ser el responsable del despliegue exitoso de modelos de Machine Learning en entornos de producción. Implementar y mantener pipelines de MLOps para el monitoreo del rendimiento de los modelos Realizar análisis exploratorios profundos y feature engineering para preparar los datos y optimizar la precisión de los algoritmos. Colaborar con ingenieros de datos y software para integrar los modelos a través de APIs y sistemas de negocio. Comunicar hallazgos técnicos, resultados de pruebas A/B y recomendaciones estratégicas a líderes de negocio. Habilidades indispensables: Mínimo 2+ años de experiencia llevando modelos de Machine Learning a producción y gestionando su ciclo de vida. Dominio avanzado de Python y librerías clave de ML (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Experiencia sólida en SQL para manipulación y extracción de datos en entornos de Big Data. Conocimiento práctico en el uso de servicios de Machine Learning en plataformas Cloud (ej. GCP Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker o Azure ML). Profunda comprensión de técnicas de validación de modelos, métricas de rendimiento y mitigación de sesgos. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación para traducir modelos complejos a insights de negocio claros. Habilidades deseables: Experiencia con herramientas de MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow). Conocimiento en tecnologías de Big Data (ej. Apache Spark). Experiencia en el diseño de experimentos (A/B testing) para medir la incrementalidad de los modelos. Certificación en Data Science o Machine Learning de alguna plataforma Cloud.
