Jefe de Infraestructura – Hibrido – Exc Oport,

Para incorporarse a importante empresa internacional estaremos seleccionando un Jefe de Infraestructura, se ofrecen excelentes condiciones de contratación. Resumen del Puesto: Sera responsable de planificar, diseñar, implementar y mantener la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia de los sistemas y servicios. Liderara un equipo de profesionales técnicos y colaborara estrechamente con otros departamentos para asegurar que la infraestructura soporte los objetivos de negocio. Responsabilidades Principales: Gestión de la Infraestructura: • Supervisar y mantener la infraestructura de hardware y software, incluyendo servidores, redes, almacenamiento, centros de datos y sistemas de virtualización. • Asegurar la disponibilidad y rendimiento de los sistemas críticos, implementando soluciones de alta disponibilidad y recuperación ante desastres. • Gestionar y optimizar los recursos de infraestructura, incluyendo la capacidad, el rendimiento y la eficiencia energética. Planificación y Diseño: • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos para la evolución de la infraestructura, alineados con los objetivos de negocio. • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de infraestructura innovadoras y escalables, utilizando las mejores prácticas y tecnologías emergentes. • Evaluar y seleccionar proveedores de hardware y software, negociando contratos y gestionando relaciones. • Es responsable por administrar y cumplir adecuadamente con el presupuesto anual del área, tanto a nivel de Opex como de Capex. • Coordina y supervisa las tareas y servicios brindados por los proveedores del área. Seguridad y Cumplimiento: • Implementar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la infraestructura, protegiendo los sistemas y datos de la empresa. • Colaborar con el área de seguridad en la mitigación de vulnerabilidades. Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipo: • Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de profesionales técnicos, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y retroalimentación. • Asignar y supervisar tareas, asegurando la eficiencia y calidad del trabajo del equipo. • Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento. Requisitos: • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de infraestructura de TI nivel 3 (mínimo 3 años de experiencia). • Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas operativos, redes, servidores, almacenamiento, virtualización y seguridad de la información. • OnPrem: HyperV - Veeam – Nodos en HA - Storage – FiberSwitch – Networking • Nube Microsoft: Entra ID, Azure, autopilot, Intune, SharePoint, exchange, e365, scripting • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de infraestructura y presupuestos. OPEX -CAPEX • Certificaciones relevantes (por ejemplo, ITIL, PMP) son una ventaja. • Nivel de inglés avanzado. Habilidades Adicionales Deseables: • Experiencia en la gestión de infraestructuras en la nube de Oracle • Experiencia en gestión de BD MS SQL. • Experiencia en la implementación de soluciones de infraestructura para entornos de alta disponibilidad y recuperación ante desastres.

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior AI Cloud Architect to lead our Generative AI initiatives. This is a critical role where you will have the autonomy to architect, build, and scale our next generation of AI solutions on AWS. You will be the go-to expert for our engineering teams, establishing best practices and guiding the implementation of sophisticated, agentic AI workflows across our core product suite, including our Xytech, Studio +, and Origin platforms. If you are a builder who loves to solve complex problems and wants to make a tangible impact, this is the role for you. Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable and secure architectures on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, among others). • Lead the technical design and integration of Generative AI capabilities into Fabric’s products. • Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solutions using AWS AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.). • Define architecture standards and best practices in collaboration with technical and product teams. • Mentor other engineers and contribute to the team’s overall technical growth. • Evaluate new technologies in the AI/ML and GenAI space to drive continuous innovation. Required Qualifications & Skills • Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, LangChain, or similar frameworks). • 4+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud architecture. • At least 2 years of practical experience designing and implementing AWS-based solutions. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, or similar). • Deep understanding of architecture principles, scalability, and automation. • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). • Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with MLOps or data engineering tools (Glue, Kinesis). • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect – Professional or Machine Learning Specialty). • Experience leading distributed or international teams. Employment and work modality: Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flex time)
