Objetivo del Rol: Proteger los activos digitales de la organización mediante la identificación, análisis y ejecución de controles de seguridad en múltiples plataformas. Implementar y mantener políticas y estándares de seguridad que garanticen la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en seguridad informática, gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento normativo.

• Conocimiento práctico de estándares y marcos como ISO 27001, NIST, CIS.

• Diseño, desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.

• Dominio de OWASP Top 10 (Web, APIs, Mobile) y prácticas seguras en entornos ágiles (DevSecOps).

• Experiencia en seguridad en la nube, con foco en Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, PaaS).

• Manejo de herramientas de seguridad como firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, IDS/IPS.

• Conocimientos sólidos en autenticación/autorización moderna (OAuth2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect).

• Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y resolución proactiva de problemas.

• Participación en diseño e implementación de arquitecturas de seguridad.

• Conocimientos en criptografía (cifrado simétrico/asimétrico, PKI, claves públicas/privadas).

• Seguridad en infraestructura cloud, virtualización y entornos web.

• Gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM).

• Experiencia en penetration testing / ethical hacking y gestión de planes de remediación.

Desarrollador Java Ssr/Sr (Ref: MJH)

Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Desarrollador Java Ssr/Sr para trabajar con nuestro cliente de la industria bancaria.

Responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web en Java utilizando el framework Spring Boot.

• Trabajar con servicios web existentes en un entorno de Legacy.

• Implementar soluciones en un servidor Tomcat.

• Consultas básicas con bases de datos Sybase.

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia significativa en desarrollo con Java (versión 1.8).

• Conocimiento práctico de Spring Boot y Tomcat.

• Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales, preferiblemente Sybase.

• Familiaridad con AWS y herramientas de integración continua como Jenkins (deseable)

• Habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

Deseable:
