Software Engineer C#, Python, C++ with Azure

DaBrein Solutions will be selecting a Software Engineer C#, Python, C++ with experience on Azure, AWS or GCP. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement software applications that support and enhance industrial automation systems. This role will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high performance automation solutions that enable operational efficiency across reverse logistics environments. Primary Responsibilities 1 - Software Development • Design, develop, implement, debug, and document new and existing software applications for industrial automation systems. • Integrate specialized automation technologies including machine vision, data processing, and machine learning. • Develop reporting, visualization, and data driven tools to support operational decision-making. • Build scalable and reliable deployable libraries and tools to support reverse logistics operations. 2 - Technical Leadership • Provide guidance on software engineering best practices and architecture. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. • Solve complex technical challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives. 3 - Requirements Analysis & Collaboration • Partner with project managers, automation engineers, and cross functional stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into clear specifications. • Support scoping, planning, and prioritization of automation projects. 4 - Research & Development • Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to industrial automation. • Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to expand the team’s technical capabilities and internal tool library. Required Experience, Skills & Knowledge • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable, robust solutions for industrial automation environments. • Expertise architecting and developing complex software systems and selecting appropriate technologies. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and C#, with solid understanding of software engineering principles. • Experience designing and integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. • Familiarity with machine vision technologies, including tools like OpenCV and hardware integration. • Experience developing or integrating machine learning models for real time industrial applications (TensorFlow, PyTorch a plus). • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization. • Experience working with large datasets, real time data streaming, and data visualization tools. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud native architectures. • Understanding of microservices and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Leadership & Soft Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to handle challenging real time automation scenarios. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in large, global, cross functional teams. Principal Software Architect with Python Required

DaBrein Solutions will be selecting a Principal Software Architect to define and lead the technical direction of complex, global industrial automation applications. This is a highly senior, hands on architecture role focused less on day to day coding and more on system design, technical leadership, mentoring, and setting engineering standards. In this role, you will act as the technical authority for the software engineering team, partnering closely with business stakeholders and internal customers to translate complex and often ambiguous requirements into scalable, secure, and robust software solutions. What you’ll do • Define and drive the technical architecture and technology strategy for industrial automation applications. • Lead architectural design decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and future ready. • Act as a technical mentor and advisor to software engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and standards enforcement. • Translate unclear or high level business requirements into clear, well documented technical designs. • Partner with internal customers to assess feasibility, scope work, and establish realistic timelines. • Establish, document, and continuously improve engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. • Guide system integration across cloud platforms, APIs, automation hardware, and enterprise applications. • Support deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and long term optimization of applications. • Collaborate with other architects to contribute to the application portfolio roadmap. • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend new tools, methodologies, and platforms.

Required qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with senior level architecture responsibility. • Proven experience designing and implementing complex, scalable software systems, ideally in industrial or automation environments. • Strong experience with Python (required); experience with C++, C#, or similar languages is a plus. • Solid expertise in: o Software architecture and design patterns o Microservices and Domain Driven Design (DDD) o API design (REST, GraphQL) and enterprise integration patterns o Cloud based solutions (Azure experience strongly preferred) • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineers with patience and professionalism. Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React Native / Node.js

Project Scope You’ll play a key role in developing the MVP — with a strong focus on reviewing the existing codebase, providing a technical assessment, and building a plan for the chat UI layer to integrate seamlessly with what’s already built. Conocimientos Requeridos*

 Experiencia mínima de 3 años en liderazgo técnico o roles similares en desarrollo de software. Conocimiento y práctica de Scrum o marcos ágiles similares (Kanban, SAFe). Experiencia en alguno de los lenguajes principales de la plataforma: o Angular, Python, NodeJS, LangGraph, Java o JavaScript. Conocimientos sólidos en integración de APIs y arquitecturas distribuidas. Experiencia en manejo y mitigación de deuda técnica. Habilidades de comunicación, gestión de conflictos y facilitación de equipos. Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés (deseable).
