The usability analyst will investigate whether a product’s pathways make sense to users. They will identify where users get lost or confused via testing and provide feedback to the team to make necessary adjustments. Their findings will help influence product revisions and future ideation. Tasks: • Research and UX analysis • User tests • User flows • User journeys • Personas • Wireframing and prototyping • Information architecture Mandatory requirements for the position: • At least two years of UX experience with digital platforms • Intermediate level of InVision and Balsamiq (or similar software) • Advanced English level (spoken for daily calls with US team members, and writing for reports) • CV and portfolio in English with specific details and examples of UX experience Position -C
