Software Engineer — Hive (Contract, Milestone-Based)
I'm building out the Hive product roadmap and looking for a sharp, high-velocity engineer to help me ship it. It's a P2P software stack built on Pear/Bare.
What you'll do:
Work directly with me to grind through the Hive roadmap — taking products from spec to shipped. Expect a fast cadence: prototype, iterate, ship, repeat.

Requirements
Solid software engineering background — you've shipped production systems and can own features end-to-end (frontend, backend, infra as needed)
Hands-on crypto / web3 experience — smart contracts, wallets, on-chain integrations, or DeFi protocols
Fluent with AI tooling as a force multiplier — not just curious about it, you actually use it daily
Bias to ship: clean enough code, fast enough iteration, no perfectionism theater
Self-directed — I'll give you context and milestones, you figure out the path

Prior solo-founder or small-team work where you wore every hat
Contributions to open-source crypto projects
