Junior Data & AI Developer
Are you passionate about coding, data, and Artificial Intelligence?
We're looking for a Junior Data & AI Developer to join our NA Services Data Intelligence & AI team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or students in their final year who want to build real-world solutions using data, software development, analytics, and AI technologies.
What You'll Do
Develop solutions using Python and SQL
Build automations, data pipelines, and analytics tools
Create dashboards and business insights with Power BI
Explore and develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents
Collaborate with business teams to solve operational challenges through technology
Transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong foundation in Python and SQL
Interest in software development, analytics, and artificial intelligence
Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Strong practical Python and pandas coding ability from courses, research, internships, co-op work, capstones, open-source work, or personal projects; you should be able to explain and modify your code.
A strong SQL foundation, including joins, CTEs, aggregation, filtering, window-function concepts, reusable query design, validation, and multi-table analysis.
Power BI experience
Knowledge of APIs, Git, or cloud technologies
Personal, academic, or internship projects involving data, software development, or AI
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
