About the role
A US-based healthcare marketing agency is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join its design team. Full-time, fully remote, open to designers based anywhere in Latin America.
The agency partners with healthcare businesses to drive measurable growth, and the design team is behind all of it: brand development, ad campaigns, digital and social assets, email and newsletters, website design, video, brochures, white papers, and case studies. You'll work closely with the account management team, turning client objectives into design that performs. The right person knows the digital marketing world, cares about the healthcare space, and does their best work in a fast, fluid environment.
What you'll do
Design across the full mix: social and digital assets, infographics, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, branding, brochures, and marketing collateral
Partner with account leads to understand client goals and deliver design that meets them
Manage several projects at once and consistently hit deadlines
Log time and project work accurately in the agency's project management system
Apply agency design best practices, with client service and quality front of mind
Keep sharpening your skills, workflow, and output
What you bring
5–15 years of professional graphic design experience
Prior experience inside a digital marketing agency
A bachelor's in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
A strong portfolio across digital and marketing-focused work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), plus Figma and Canva
Strong, confident English — this is a client-facing role
An organized, deadline-driven approach and a collaborative, respectful mindset
