Senior Developer – AI-Enabled Systems (Remote, Global)

Your primary mission will be to architect and deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled systems that improve how our business operates. You'll lead the design of intelligent automations, AI agents, and platform integrations while establishing the engineering standards, validation processes, and technical direction that enable our development team to confidently build production-ready AI solutions.
Working closely with business stakeholders, the Development Team Lead, and fellow developers, you'll transform complex business challenges into reliable software while mentoring others and continuously improving our AI-first development practices.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Years of Experience: 6+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of complex production systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Must-haves:
Demonstrated expertise using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
Extensive experience designing and deploying production AI or LLM-powered applications.
