>Lead and manage two delivery pods, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.>Develop and implement comprehensive QA Plans to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.> and implement appropriate QA Automation testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.>Provide regular and assertive progress reports to the Leadership Team.>Ensure alignment of QA processes with technology and industry standards.>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.>Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
>Proven experience in leading multiple teams and managing complex projects.>Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft .NET technologies.>Extensive experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.>Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear and assertive reports to Leadership.>Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.>Ability to align QA processes with technology and industry standards.
