QA Analyst – Senior

Job description:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in both QA but also product development experience as a BA:
• Quality Assurance in Agile Environments:
• &gtDemonstrable experience in QA of applications in Agile environments, ensuring that deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Requirements Refinement and Story Estimation:
• &gtActively participate in requirements refinement and story estimation, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear and accurate understanding of requirements.
• Test Plan Preparation and Execution:
• &gtDemonstrated skill in preparing test plans, creating test cases and test data, and maintaining rigor in overall test methodology.
• &gtExecute manual and automated tests to validate application functionality and performance.
• Defect Management and Visibility:
• &gtEnsure delivery of quality requirements by teams through the testing process, defect management and visibility, and test team management.
• &gtUse defect management and issue tracking tools to document and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• &gtCooperate with senior management and peers across the organization to influence the tactical direction of application development.
• Facilitate the overall testing methodology and communication of the test system.

Requirements:

• &gtManual testing techniques. &gtExperience using Azure DevOps &amp &gtDevelopment, UI and API manual testing experience,
• &gtSQL knowledge (Desirable), Agile &gtMethodologies (Scrum), &gtAdvanced English level.
• &gtManual QA / Azure DevOps or Jira / Postman
• &gtFunctional Testing: Regression, &gtSmoke, Integration testing.
• &gt(Nice to have) Knowledge in QA Automation, including the ability to develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• &gtUse automation tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
