Project Manager Ssr - Website Rollout

MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company. At MRM BA a Project Manager is responsible for activating and supervising production and equipment on a day-to-day basis.

Work schedule: 11:00 - 20:00 hs

Main tasks

• Responsible for the successful development of multiple medium-to-high complexity site launches within a time framework

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

• Program kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.

• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations

• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics

• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams

Market Website Rollouts:

• Help markets/franchises to move their website from a Wordpress to AEM

• Gap Analysis (legacy system features/look & feel to AEM templates & components

• Market management and support from Kickoff to Cutover

• Content integration/content setup from Master

• Sitemap alignment

• Cutover activities

• Alignment with client IT and MRM dev team on change requests

Required skills

• 2-4 years experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.

• Familiarity with AEM content management systems.

• Knowledge of web and related technologies, including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).

• Advanced level of English (oral and written).
