PIM Consultant

Skills & Requirements
● Experience in PIM Business Consulting as part of a delivery
team, with hands-on involvement in discovery and
implementation projects.
● Practical experience implementing and configuring PIM
solutions, preferably Akeneo.
● Strong understanding of PIM, eCommerce, DAM, and ERP
systems and how they integrate within a commerce
architecture.
● Ability to evaluate PIM platforms, explain their features,
advantages, limitations, and architectural trade-offs.
● Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops,
defining data models, and documenting solution designs.
● Ability to support technical teams and sales stakeholders in
discussions around project scope, delivery approach,
estimates, and budgets.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and
stakeholder management skills.
● Structured approach to documentation, with the ability to
prepare clear deliverables and professional presentations.
● Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and willingness
to challenge established practices.
Responsibilities
● Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs, solution
presentations, demos, and estimates.
● Lead discovery workshops, gather business requirements,
and translate them into solution designs.
● Define product data models, workflows, and PIM solution
architecture in collaboration with engineers.
● Support implementation, including platform configuration,
data migration planning, and client training.
● Advise clients on PIM platforms, best practices, and
technology trends.
