Job Summary
Metal Master Shop is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative based in LATAM to drive B2B account acquisition in Miami-Dade County. You will target roofing contractors, general contractors, builders, and developers, closing new business and earning residual commissions on ongoing orders.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and sign new roofing contractor and builder accounts across Miami-Dade.
Present our full line of Florida Building Code-approved metal roofing and sheet metal products.
Execute daily outreach, log activities, and manage your sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal support, estimating, and production teams for prompt quote delivery.
Deliver exceptional account service to maximize repeat purchases and account lifetime value.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (experience in roofing, building materials, windows/doors, or industrial supply is a strong plus).
Proven experience self-generating leads and closing new accounts.
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Must have a reliable remote workspace aligned with US Eastern Time hours.

Base Salary: Up to $1,800 USD/month
Uncapped commission plan with residual payouts on repeat client orders
