Junior SEO Analyst

What we expect from you

• Execute outreach processes from end to end: identifying domains, contacting media outlets, negotiating link placements, and updating internal documentation.
• Write basic content for link building using AI tools and coordinate with media for publication.
• Track and recover broken links and maintain link quality.
• Report project metrics using Google Sheets, SEMrush, and present them via Google Slides.
• Conduct keyword research to understand user intent and map content to the buyer journey.
• Follow structured processes for task execution, requiring supervision and guided learning.
• Handle up to 100 monthly links for simple projects under close guidance.
• Communicate proactively when facing blockers and stay aligned with project deadlines.

What you bring

• 0–6 months of SEO experience. Some theoretical knowledge is a plus, but no prior hands-on experience is required.
• Background in Digital Business, Data Science, Economics, or Engineering — recently graduated or still studying.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel: formulas, pivot tables, and structured analysis.
• Initial experience using AI tools to assist with link building content creation.
• Willingness to learn tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BuzzStream, and mailing platforms for media contact.
• Demonstrated curiosity to understand how things work and how to improve them.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, showing self-discipline and communication.
