About the Role
We are building production-grade AI systems powered by large language models. We are looking for an AI Software Engineer who deeply understands LLM behavior and can design reliable, efficient, and measurable AI systems not just call APIs.
You will architect multi-step agent workflows, improve determinism, reduce hallucinations, and build evaluation systems that continuously measure accuracy and performance.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement multi-step agent workflows
Build robust tool-calling systems for database interactions
Engineer context systems (schema compression, retrieval pipelines, token budgeting)
Improve structured output reliability (JSON schemas, function calls, validation)
Reduce hallucinations and improve model determinism
Generate and optimize complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
Build evaluation harnesses and regression testing systems for prompts
Benchmark models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.)
Optimize token usage and latency
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
Deep understanding of LLM behavior (not just API usage)
Experience with agent frameworks (Claude Agents SDK, LangChain, Agno, etc.)
Strong prompt and context architecture experience
Structured outputs and validation systems
Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, performance optimization)
Strong Python skills

Pay: $3,520,000.00 - $4,220,000.00 per month
