Soporte Técnico de Sistemas

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Soporte Técnico de Sistemas para incorporar de forma directa. ( Presencial - La Reja Moreno)

sus principales tareas serán: 

Garantizar el funcionamiento de nuestra infraestructura TI, brindar soporte a usuarios internos y clientes externos, y realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en servidores, redes y aplicaciones.Responsabilidades:•⁠  ⁠Atención y resolución de incidencias en Windows (Active Directory, GPO, Storage, updates) y Linux.•⁠  ⁠Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en servidores, software y bases de datos SQL Server (consultas y optimizaciones básicas).•⁠  ⁠Configuración y monitoreo de firewalls y sistemas de seguridad.•⁠  ⁠Documentación de procedimientos y registro de soluciones.Requisitos:•⁠  ⁠Experiencia en entornos Microsoft (Windows Server, AD, GPO).•⁠  ⁠Conocimientos básicos de SQL Server y Linux.•⁠  ⁠Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.•⁠  ⁠Proactividad y capacidad para resolver problemas.Valoraremos:•⁠ 

 ⁠Experiencia previa en soporte técnico o administración de sistemas. (2 años)•⁠  ⁠Conocimiento de herramientas de monitoreo (Wazuh, Zabbix).•⁠  ⁠Scripting con cmd, PowerShell y Python.Condiciones:•⁠  ⁠Presencial en Moreno (zona oeste, Buenos Aires).•⁠  ⁠Horario: lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 17:00.

DevOps Engineer – Remoto Buenos Aires

 DevOps Engineer

We are seeking for talented DevOps engineers with a passion for automation and hands-on experience with various types of infrastructure (on-premises and cloud). Responsibilities:

• Develop tools, documentation, and processes to facilitate self-service for other business units that will consume our services.

• Define SLAs/SLOs for services, manage code deployments, fixes, and software updates, create GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines, and automate our operational processes as needed. • Rapid response to security monitoring infrastructure outages or service degradation. Troubleshoot network, hardware, and operating system issues/bottlenecks.

Requirements for Success:

• Knowledge of fundamental network technologies such as DNS, load balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, and HTTP.

• Knowledge of cloud security and best practices.

• Configuration management of network devices. From switches, firewalls, and routers to public cloud networks (security groups, ELBs, VPCs, VPC Flow Logs, Route53).

• A strong sense of responsibility for the work you do and a conviction to do things right for the right reasons.

• Familiarity with Unix, bash scripting, process management, file systems, and daemons.

• Experience with the public cloud and support for system deployment, configuration management, and application installation on AWS (EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, EC2, SQS).

• Growth mindset and willingness to solve challenging problems and learn.

• Experience building GitOps CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or CircleCI/Github Actions or similar tools.
