A Content Analyst focuses on building and maintaining clients websites by uploading, updating and publishing content through online platforms. Main tasks: • Update and publish content as necessary. • Stay up to date in the use of the CMS, adapting to platform updates. • Work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. • Work in collaboration with the assigned team and the rest of the areas involved in the project. Requirements: • Previous CMS experience preferred: AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, Wordpress, etc. • Ability to operate computers and mobile devices. • Student or graduate of careers such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communication Sciences, Multimedia/Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising. • Have an intermediate-advanced level of the English language, both oral and written. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work both in a team and independently. MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company. A QA Analyst is the one who execute different scenarios and testing procedures in order to identify, analyze and document the defects of each digital product that reaches QA, whatever its origin.
Work schedule: 12 to 21 hs
Main tasks -Execute the testing procedures within the framework of the general planning of the project, adjusted to scope and deadlines. -Document defects through project tracking software, such as Jira, following the methodology established for such purposes. -Review the assets and complementary documentation to ensure compliance with the requirements, their completion and risk minimization. -Escalate to QA Specialist and Supervisors the entry of the information that does not meet the environmental conditions for testing. -Participate in project meetings where fundamental aspects to be taken into account are define account during testing. Required skills -Industry and market knowledge. -Commitment to the quality of work. -Ability to set priorities. -Analytical and methodical thinking. -Troubleshooting. -Ability to work as a part of a team. Required experience -Advanced management of Microsoft Office. -Agile work methodologies. -Testing methodologies. -Advanced English level (oral and written). Atender consultas telefónicas de los clientes/ Partners y los incidentes web ingresados. Gestionar los incidentes a través del sistema GDMS registrando las ABM. Generar las soluciones cuando sea posible desde MDA valiéndose de los instructivos y del apoyo de colegas y superiores para dar la resolución más práctica y efectiva para el cliente. Analizar los problemas para decidir si es necesario elevar el caso al referente. Realizar el seguimiento del incidente hasta su resolución manteniendo informado al cliente de los avances en forma directa. 🔎 ¿Con qué conocimientos y experiencias debes contar? Experiencia en puestos similares de Help Desk o Mesa de Ayuda Atención al cliente (telefónica), gestión de reclamos, consultas (no venta) de al menos 6 meses. Conocimiento de procesos administrativos. Dominio de Access y SQL Server.
