Desarrollador Java (REF YB)

Tecnosoftware es una empresa especializada en Outsourcing de proyectos informáticos y Desarrollo de software a medida y Staffing IT.

Actualmente estamos en busqueda de un Desarrollador Java Sr para sumarse al equipo de nuestro cliente del rubro tecnologías de la información (TI) y comunicaciones

Objetivo del Rol: El/la profesional será responsable del diseño, desarrollo y soporte de plataformas y soluciones tecnológicas modernas, escalables y seguras. Participará activamente en la evolución arquitectónica de los productos, liderando iniciativas técnicas y colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Requisitos Técnicos:

Lenguajes:Java (versión LTS actual: Java 21)

Frameworks y Tecnologías: Spring, Spring Boot, AspectJ, JPA/Hibernate, Sequelize, Prisma, TypeORM

Bases de Datos: Relacionales: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL- No Relacionales: MongoDB, Cassandra

Arquitectura y Patrones:Microservicios, eventos, serviciosSOLID, TDD, Clean Code

Mensajería y Streaming: Kafka, AVRO, gRPC, ConfluentELK Stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Motores Especializados:Activiti BPM, Drools

DevOps e Infraestructura: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Despliegues en OCI, AWSConsul, Hashicorp Vault, Solr, Redis

Herramientas y Sistemas: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Windows y Linux

Competencias Personales: Liderazgo técnico y mentoring, Comunicación clara y efectiva, Proactividad e iniciativa, Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas, Enfoque en calidad, productividad y mejora continua

Idiomas: Inglés oral y escrito (intermedio en adelante)

Formación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Computación, Electrónica o afines

Especializaciones en arquitectura de software, cloud o data engineering (deseable)

Agile Facilator – Remote latam

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.Outstanding communication, and negotiation skills.Experience facilitating local and remote teamsCoaching and mentoring skills.Background promoting Agile thinking and cultureKnowledge of at least other agile frameworks or methods (i.e. Kanban, Extreme Programming, Lean Startup)Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospectives, and other Agile techniques.

Good understanding of software development practices like TDD, BDD, DDT, unit testing, test automation, version control, and CI/CDEnglish is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

Use agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.Trains, mentors and supports scrum teams to practice agile values and principles Coach the Product Owner to manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.Facilitates scrum events and team decision-making processesCoach teams to organize and execute effective demos and product/system testing.Ensures the proper use of collaborative processes and removes impediments for the scrum team.Removes pains in the process to avoid working in silos.Promotes continuous improvement thru a guided and structured process based on data or indicators.Makes sure that goals are understood by everyone on the team as well as possible.Facilitates technical answers when the team reaches blockers.
