Telefonía: IP (SIP/VoIP) y analógica, paneles telefónicos, distribución MDF/IDF.
WiFi: configuración y diagnóstico de Access Points y controladores.
Herramientas de diagnóstico: tester de red, medidor óptico, toner, probadores de continuidad.
Monitoreo y gestión: Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG o equivalentes.
