A leading eCommerce company specialized in customized solutions for trade shows and display booths. Recognized for its focus on sustainability, equality, and a collaborative, transparent, and client-centered work environment, it is seeking creative and proactive individuals to join its team. Position Objective
Support the execution of the company's digital marketing and growth strategies by contributing to website optimization, lead generation, and the implementation of multichannel campaigns. This role leverages digital tools, data analysis, and continuous improvements in SEO, content, and user experience to drive commercial performance and strengthen brand positioning. Key Resposabilities Collaborate with the Growth team to execute weekly tasks and marketing initiatives Support SEO improvements, including image optimization, alt tags, and content structure Assist with website updates and UX/UI enhancements, including basic HTML adjustments Support social media execution (content publishing, formatting, and asset adaptation) Assist in copywriting for website, ads, and marketing materials Conduct basic research on competitors, keywords, and content opportunities Support lead generation efforts using tools such as CRM platforms and prospecting systems Ensure timely completion of internal tasks with strong attention to detail (G-Drive, SOPs, task systems) Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, systems, and workflows
Requeriments 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related roles Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Basic knowledge of SEO, UX/UI principles, and social media management Strong written communication and copywriting skills Basic HTML knowledge English level B2 Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), CMS platforms, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools Knowledge of A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Familiarity with AI tool
